A $500 nonrefundable deposit is due in order to secure the puppy for the undersigned. The seller, by accepting the deposit/full payment (for each puppy requested), agrees to hold the puppy for the buyer until the release time. The nonrefundable deposit will be utilized towards the shipping.(Required)

To the best of the seller's knowledge, the following puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. The puppy will have at least two sets of distemper and parvo vaccinations as well as the Bordetella vaccine. Additionally, the puppy will be dewormed before being released to the new owner. Validation of this guarantee requires the purchaser's puppy to be examined by the veterinarian of the purchaser's choice within 48 hours of purchasing the puppy, and this will be done at the purchaser’s expense. The purchaser must retain a receipt for the check-up, and this is mandatory in order for the guarantee to be valid. If this is not done, the health guarantee is automatically invalid, and the buyer will need to assume all responsibility for the health of the puppy. This guarantee against transmissible diseases, such as parvovirus, is valid for a period of seven (7) days, and this period begins on the day the puppy is delivered since the normal incubation period for transmissible disease is between five (5) and seven (7) days. The breeder guarantees that the puppy is safe from all life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects until one (1) year of age. If the puppy has a life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect, the puppy will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value by the breeder as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned to the breeder at the owner's expense prior to the purchaser receiving a new puppy. The purchaser is also responsible for any shipping fees associated with the process of replacing the puppy. In the event of death, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death, and this will be conducted at the owner’s expense. The autopsy report must be sent to the purchaser's attending veterinarian for review. This health guarantee does not include hernias, ruptures, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, Giardia—which can be caused by the stress of living in a new home—ear mites, intestinal worms, fleas, ticks, or any other treatable issues. All veterinarian charges that are incurred by the purchaser are also the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and these charges will not be paid by the seller under any circumstances. All puppies are strictly sold with the intention of serving as pets, and no guarantee is made in terms of disposition, conformation, size, weight, color, or breeding ability. All guarantees will become null and void if the puppy is sold, given away, or transferred to another person other than the purchaser.

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement, promises, or inducement made by either party that is not contained in the written contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing, signed by both parties and endorsed herein. By purchasing your puppy you, the buyer, agree that you have read, understand and accept the terms of this contract.(Required)
